Spay/Neuter Clinics
One project we are very passionate about is our low-cost spay/neuter clinic. In this time of a pet overpopulation crisis, the most humane and effective method to reducing the homeless pet population is spay/neuter. Since beginning our low-cost program in October of 2019, we have spayed/neutered thousands of pets!
What: Spay/Neuter surgery. Rabies vaccine. DHPP vaccine for dogs. FVRCP vaccine for cats. Microchip. Other services are available for an additional cost.
When: Our clinics are held based on our veterinarians’ availability. We work with numerous vets to alter as many pets as we’re able, though the dates of these vary.
Who: All are eligible to participate in the clinics. No income or location requirements.
How much: $55 for cats. $80 for dogs. (If you are unable to afford this, we do offer donor-sponsored surgeries, when funding is available.) Payment is due prior to your pet’s surgery appointment.
How many: There is currently no limit on how many animals each family can schedule per clinic, unless there is a special priced clinic event, where spaces are offered at 2 per household.
Where:
We are located at 2279 KY-90, Bronston, KY 42518. This is where the majority of our clinics are held, with the exception of the times we are traveling to other Kentucky counties to offer our services.
Our waitlist is currently closed due to an overwhelming number of requests. Due to our small team, we are not able to accommodate the amount of requests we are receiving, so we are recommending everyone reach out to other resources. We have compiled the list below of other options but encourage everyone to reach out to other places, as well.
